Necron Army - Finished Photos

Hey everybody (if there is anyone left out there reading my blog?),

Happy 2014 to you all!

It's been far too long since I wrote an article on this blog but I'm back now and I'm dedicated to keep this site up to date. If anyone has been following me on my Facebook and YouTube channels you will have seen that I've been a busy soul since my last post on here with lots of different projects. I will try over the next few weeks to write articles on each of these projects with descriptions of the processes and the parts used within the conversions.

So what does Rumplemaster have planned for 2014 I hear you all ask? My Serpent Guard Chaos Space Marine army is locked away in their display case at home and will soon be joined by my finished Necron army (well as finished as any army ever is of course), more of this army shortly. I'm currently working on a Eldar wraith construct army and should have photos of the blu tac'd stances very soon.

I also hope to feature the work of a buddy of mine soon to showcase his amazing Space Wolve army as well as a tutorial on some scenery he is crafting. Hopefully he will become a frequent contributor to the Rumplemaster brand.

So, for your viewing pleasure below are photos of my latest completed army, my Necrons:

And that's photos of all my painted Necron units to date. I still have a sizable quantity of unbuilt and un painted units but my focus has now move towards my Eldar Wraith Construct army.

I hope you like what you see and again I'm sorry for the lack of posts to date. Please follow me on my Facebook and YouTube channels simply by searching for Rumplemaster and you'll be kept up to date on what I'm working on.

Oh and please make a comment at the bottom of this post if you've liked what you've seen just so that I know someone out there is following this blog?  ;)

More to come,

Rumplemaster

  3. Sir..whoever you are, you are a god! Those conversions are ludicrous!! I love the colour scheme and the originality behind them!!

My one regret: there are no more photos! Haha! Honestly, as a fan of conversions but a massive amateur, I can only aspire to such great ideas!! Thank you for sharing this!!

  5. Used to paint in my youth 20 some years ago, and thinking to start up once again. Been interested in Necrons for a while now, and after some research yours are by far best conversion I have seen (no matter the race/genre). What you have done is just completely Amazing!

I have a question for you, I hope you are willing to answer (if you can remember).

What colors did you use for the white part? Love that dull, washed out look. I have no problems with rust/streaking/rain effects, just interested in the white part.

Anyway, thanks for sharing this beautiful work with us mortals. Great job!
