What I'm working on and commision work

I didn't get much hobby work completed this weekend sadly but I did manage to make some progress on one of my 'Serpent Guard' champions (see below):
I hope to have this one finished by the end of this evening ready to take some decent photos ready for the next day?

As I mentioned before I have had some enquiries into completing some commission work and it looks as if a small project is going to go ahead. Hopefully soon I'll run a series of posts with updates of how this commission proceeds?

And finally, I received a rather large package this morning containing the new Storm Raven kit and three plastic Furioso boxed sets which I plan on painting in the Blood Angels colours.

    Those are fairly nice liikeing models. I've seen some pictures and a couple boxes when I was in my "local" game shop the other day getting my Tau codex. Though I'm still of the opinion that the Stormraven looks a fair bit like a goldfish. >.>

    Serpent Guard champion is looking good. Is that horn thing growing out the side of his face an original part of the model?

    lol I'm quite fond of the Storm Raven kit myself. I haven't had the chance to open the box yet though as I have too much going on with eBay and commission work. Hopefully next week will be quieter and I'll be able to delve in?
    The head is standard and comes with the Chaos Space Marine tactical squad sprues. I beleive it's a Slaanesh head?
